A few months ago I started a workout program.  I made it about a week. This time I made a firm commitment to myself & my family.  We put the menu together and out the door we went to buy the yummy ingredients. I’ve made it 3 days!  It’s easier to take the actions when you have a promise to a coach and firm promise to yourself!  It’s a 12 week promise! Here we go persistence!  My husband is encouraging me & excited for me!  4 years ago I was 200 lbs.  I’m looking forward to being tone and feeling so good! I’m feeling good!  Here’s to your health!
